The Lord wants to take me and you to a new destination. We are grounded and can’t take lift off because of the setbacks before us, there just isn’t enough room for momentum in the “traffic jam” of circumstances in our runway. We need a clear path but many times that isn’t the case, our runway is full of other moving objects and setbacks to avoid. These things ultimately hinder us from take off.
These cars are small motives and life circumstances that take up our time and attention, that move in slower speeds and that roadblock our bigger purpose. We may be chasing too many solutions to too many problems, and therefor limiting our energy on soaring higher on the purpose God has called us for. Lord reveal to me what my purpose, gift and talent is and how you would like me to use it for you. Let me pursue those passions and things that will work in conjunction to the design you have placed with in me and will flourish new opportunities. Let me not chase vanities or be distracted, maybe by what seems “important”. Steer my daily purpose for you. Where do You call me to move today, Lord? How shall I use my energy today, direct my steps.
Then we are outside of our purpose, solving other problems and other setbacks. We are now in the traffic jam with those same perspectives and momentum’s. We are now too consumed by the problems to pursue that passion, gift and talent.
If we are not careful, we are left chasing this “plane” that just couldn’t take off. We are wanting to be in something so desperately that just wasn’t working out. We got too consumed on the setbacks that we got off the potential and it left us behind. We chase this “plane” wanting to get back in and go through great dangers to pursue this take off. We almost loose hope as this dream soars right past us and takes off leaving us on the sidelines, so close, yet left grounded.
How did we get to the outside looking in? From not being able to take off to continuing to chase a dream that hasn’t waited up for us. It found its momentum, speed and clear path and has taken off without you and without me:
Just before our heart saddens, a spur of hope appears, a new opportunity is waiting for us to take! Jump right in it takes off in 10minutes. Is it going to the same destination? Is it a new perspective, one with clearer vision? Now that there is a clear path made out for it, you must get to it and soar. The timing is ripe, the runway is clear and the plane is ready to take off with you and I inside.
The alligator may have eaten up your reserves but those are not endless, the Lord will miraculously provide new blessings for all of your needs. Don’t look down on what has passed you. Look up to what is coming and where you are going next.
(For me, it’s my writing. The book didn’t take off, but the objective is still the same. Hurry and soar into new heights. The time is now, the moment is here.)

Hurry, don’t miss your take off and new destination in life.
